The Piedmont Triad

The Piedmont Triad is home to several of North Carolina’s most prominent tourism attractions, such as the International Civil Rights Museum, Old Salem, and the Uwharrie National Forest. If you want to spend a weekend (or longer!) exploring, there’s plenty to fill out your itinerary in the Piedmont Triad. 

We don’t mean to brag (okay, yes we do!), but North Carolina has the best Barbeque in the world! Check out the BBQ trails in Winston-Salem or Lexington for a taste of NC’s famous vinegar based style goodness!
